Here is the detailed product design process⬇⬇⬇
① Communicate and exchange ideas to determine the exact needs (e.g., communication distance, audio quality, working power, durability, and re-branding);
② Plan for the major components and corresponding specifications, and further communicate to figure out the internal design and PCB layout;
③ Our industrial designer will set about the product appearance design; at this stage, the key points for product design and the design sketch will be determined.
④ We will simulate the appearance as well as lighting effects through Photoshop, and we will modify the details (e.g., color, texture, and size) according to your requirements.
⑤ Our model designer will start to create the 3D model; the previous design drawings will be turned into 3D modeling files.
⑥ We will make 3D print models, and we will deliver them to you to further confirm the walkie-talkie’s appearance design and discuss the necessary adjustments.
⑦ We will take the actual manufacturing process into account, so the product will be divided into several parts (e.g., shells, aluminum sheet, hardware, and silicone components), and we will evaluate the design of every part.
⑧ After completing the structural design, we will give a detailed list of materials; after confirmation, we will start the manufacturing process;
